The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from the Earls Court Piccadilly and District Underground lines. It was also conveniently situated near the main street where you could find a variety of commercial establishments such as restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and taverns. As a tourist, I found this location to be perfect as it offered easy access to transportation and a lively neighborhood. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and always ready to assist with any inquiries. They made me feel welcome and were very helpful throughout my stay.

We just arrived home to California after a pleasant stay in a family-friendly hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near to a tube station and had a lot of food stores on the main road. The staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a good variety, including tea, coffee, fruit, pastries, and more. The hotel also had a quiet environment, ensuring peaceful nights for us.

The free wifi could definitely improve.
